A recommendation letter from your supervisor is required at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Details of Registration Waiver grant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\"><strong>90 grants<\/strong> will be awarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">The registration fees for SCOPOSIS-2025 will be waived for selected students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Students (PhD , Masters) wishing to attend the conference are invited to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">The choice of grant must be made in the registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Students <strong>must attend all 5 days<\/strong> of the conference (Tutorial &amp; Conference) to receive the grant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">The monetary amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">The grants will be awarded to PhD Students who have not yet defended their thesis at the dates of the SCOPOSIS conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Recipients (<strong>First Author<\/strong>) must have an accepted oral or poster contribution at the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Students submitting multiple abstracts can apply for the waiver in only one of the manuscripts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.417), 18px);\">Students from State Universities will get particular attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration Waiver Registration Waiver Awards\u00a0will be available to young researchers.
