OSI Best Thesis Awards<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Optical Society of India will be giving 3 Best Thesis awards to deserving candidates. The award includes a certificate and a cash award of Rs. 10,000\/-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criteria for the Best Thesis Award: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be considered for the Best Thesis Award, the following documents must be submitted by the student:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A two-page summary of the Ph.D. thesis work <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A list of publications resulting from the thesis <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. An endorsement letter from the Ph.D. Supervisor supporting the nomination <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note: Thesis presentations in the Annual OSI symposium will be restricted to students who have currently submitted their Ph. D. thesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prof M. P. Kothiyal Best Thesis Award in Optical Metrology<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    The Optical Society of India is instituting a Best Thesis Award in the field of Optical Metrology, dedicated to the memory of Prof. M. P. Kothiyal. The award includes a certificate and a cash award of Rs. 10,000\/-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To be considered for the Best Thesis Award, the following documents must be submitted by the student:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
