Accommodation Grant  

Accommodation Grant Awards will be available to young researchers. A recommendation letter from your supervisor is required at the time of registration.

Details of Accommodation grant:

• 90 grants will be awarded.
• The cost of accommodation for students (on a sharing basis) will be borne by SCOPOSIS-2025.
• Students (PhD , Masters) wishing to attend the conference are invited to apply.
• The choice of grant must be made in the registration form.
• Students must attend all 5 days of the conference (Tutorial & Conference) to receive the grant.
• The monetary amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the conference.
• The grants will be awarded to PhD Students who have not yet defended their thesis at the dates of the SCOPOSIS conference.
• Recipients (First Author) must have an accepted oral or poster contribution at the conference.
• Students submitting multiple abstracts can apply for the waiver in only one of the manuscripts.
• Students from State Universities will get particular attention.
